Shane Gibbs is the founder and Principal Consultant of SGC, an organization she created to help businesses build stable operational infrastructure. Shane began her career in banking, where she developed a foundation of diligence, financial accuracy, and strict compliance. Managing sensitive data and high-stakes operations in this environment proved that Shane could be trusted with an organization's most critical assets—a core value upon which Shane Gibbs Consulting is built.

After banking, Shane transitioned into the social impact sector, successfully running a non-profit organization. In this executive role, she navigated the complex realities of leadership firsthand, specializing in managing and securing contracts with large organizations and bridging the gap between complex institutional requirements and practical daily execution. This experience allowed her to see a widespread problem: businesses were losing time, money, and resources due to operational blind spots they could not see themselves.

Today, she helps executive teams identify those operational leaks, protect their funding, and implement reliable systems for sustainable growth.
